Test votingOnce you are happy with the content, you should run a test vote. You should do this for two reasons. Firstly, to make sure you know how the voting function works, and secondly, to help you understand the audience experience. This will help you to become a better presenter!
Preview ModePreview Mode allows you to see exactly what both presenter and audience will see and experience during the presentation. To open Preview Mode, click on the arrow next to the Present button, then select "Preview presentation." Once in Preview Mode, you can move slides with the arrow keys or the Presentation Menu, just like when presenting in real life. You can also interact with the Audience screen and submit votes to see exactly what your audience will experience during your presentation. You can even toggle "Show test votes" at the bottom of of the screen. Preview helps you understand how the slides in your presentation work and how they behave when your audience interacts with them. You can test vote on your questions in order to understand what your audience will experience and make sure that your presentation is set up the way you want. Where to find PreviewYou can find the Preview feature by clicking the arrow by the Present button in the top right corner. What you seePresenter screen - This is your presentation. Move between slides by using your keyboard or the toolbar in the lower left corner. Audience screen - This is what the audience will see on their screen. Here you can vote on the question slides and try out the reaction buttons in order to understand your audience’s experience. Test votes - Click “Show test votes” to see what the question slides look like when they get a larger amount of votes. Click again to turn it off. Tips and instructions - On some slide types you will see information popping up in the bottom of the screen.
