  • 5Graeme W. 2 months agoNice and clean city centre shopping centre . Usual high street shops inside
  • 5Phil H. 1 year agoA bright, clean, and spacious shopping centre that also doubles as a handy location marker for visitors to Inverness. There are shops here that I hadn't seen for a while, for example hmv, and there are always a fair few people inside. There are far more when it rains though ...
  • 5michael g. 4 months agoLots of shops and eateries and more under one roof. Good for a browse or some serious shopping..Plenty of parking within a short walking distance.
  • 5J. M. 4 months agoVery big place, good for rainy and cold days, a variety of shops there
  • 5Michael M. 9 months agoThis shopping centre has something to offer all shoppers. It's extremely clean & well maintained. Limited seating in the main thoroughfares ensures loitering is kept to a minimum leading to free movement and obstacle free.
  • 5Jay J. 3 years agoGreat selection of stores with reasonably priced car park very good stop if you want to just spend some time in city centre. Play areas for children also come handy. Recommended for all-around shopping trip.
  • 5Diana O. 1 month agoWe popped in here whilst visiting Inverness for breakfast. We called at an independently run cafe, the breakfasts were excellent, my husband had a full Highland breakfast and even though I am not vegan, I chose the full Highland vegan option. Both were absolutely fabulous and great value for money. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely eat here again.
  • 4Anne G. 4 months agoGood selection of shops . Could do with more floor plans and shop listings. Toilet signs soon disappeared. I think signage review would help. Close to bus drop off and Inverness train station.
  • 4Bruce M. 3 months agoIt's a nice shopping centre with most of the big names, other than that it's pretty much like most others. It's close to the train and bus stations and an easy walk to the 'old town by the river.
  • 4Lesley Osgathorpe (Lady J. 3 months agoOn holiday in the area with family. Just had a walk around the centre. Found White Stuff and bought a top from the new season's range. Average type of shopping centre of which there are many in UK
  • 4E. 8 months agoA few decent shops including Waterstones, H&M, Hotel Chocolat, etc,...also has a Starbucks if someone needs a drink or a quick bite, but has Burger King and Subway nearby as well.
  • 4Wahyu H. 11 months agoLittle deserted when visited last Nov 21. Strategic location near station and city center.
  • 4Rosemary Z. 7 months agoJust a quick visit to M&S for tea and biscuits, but the building is well re-purposed, brightly lit, and well arranged.
  • 4Tara S. 11 months agoGreat location and easy underground parking. Unfortunately the ticket machine was down for card payments, so we had to go to a different level. The elevator was also playing up. But all in all a great place with amazing buildings surrounding it. Convenient location to walk through Inverness also.
  • 4Miguel E. 1 month agoIt's clean and bright. Lots of locals will come here and great location for food and shopping. The M&S here is a gem!
  • 4suzie b. 8 months agoEastgate has always been a favourite, the clock especially. I haven't been in over 10 years so it was sad to see an empty food court with only a few tables (covid) . Plenty shops with plenty variety.
  • 3J. 4 months agoNot sure about its present state, specifically the Entrance from Morrison! which is filthy and in bad state of repairs!! Also don’t like those untidy market stalls and empty shops’
  • 3Ashley M. 2 months agoGreat to have M&S, Boots, The Entertainer, H&M, H Samuel etc. But there are so many empty units, it's so depressing. I remember the Eastgate being a busy place in the early 2000's. After losing Debenhams, Argos and the food court, its just a ghost town. I really hope more businesses move in.
  • 3Lynn S. 10 months agoNot too bad. The Costa here was great. I took off two stars for the smoke and vape I had to battle at the entrances. Shopping malls should make entrances smoke free for at least 20m. It lingers indoors when it's that close. Pity that non smokers are not catered for.
  • 3Anne Marie W. 5 months agoIts a nice centre but it has lost its biggest and best store in Debenhams. There seems to be a lack of the more popular stores within the centre. They could also address the lack of food venues!!
  • 3Anthony M. 1 year agoGot there late in the day as it was closing. There seem to have a few empty units. Spacious walkways with arrow directional walking.
  • 2Laura L. 1 month agoIt's ok. Sadly all the best shops have closed down. No more Debenhams, Zara, USC, Top shop, River island. Barely anywhere left to buy nice clothes in Inverness. All has gone online. Sad times.
