- Power – Refers to the capacity of muscles to unleash full strength during the shortest amount of time.
- Flexibility – Capacity of muscle groups and body joints to pass through the usual range of motion; ability to execute a wide range of motion;
- Agility – quickness and lightness of movement
- Speed – The capacity to travel quickly in the shortest amount of time Physical health assessments can be performed twice a year, pre-tests at the beginning of the academic year and post-tests at the end of the school year in order to be able to test the individual's potential for conducting everyday activities.
